CLEARWATER, Fla. — Three dealership employees were arrested last week for allegedly embezzling $400,000 from their employer, according to a report in The Tampa Tribune.
Charged were Larry Dubose, 39, of Tarpon Springs, Fla., James Surrett, 45, of Orlando, Fla., and Patricia Lipka, 51, of Fort Myers, Fla. Employed by Lokey Automotive, the three employees were associated with an offsite marketing company that billed the dealership for work, including marketing and mailing services, that was never performed.
