SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake Tribune has named Prestige Financial Services, Inc. a top workplace based on the results of employee surveys administered by WorkplaceDynamics.

Prestige, an affiliate of the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies, was ranked fourth on the list of large companies, with Prestige President Bryant Henrie receiving special acknowledgement for leadership of a large company.

“We’re thrilled to receive this recognition based on the feedback of our employees,” said Henrie. “We try to foster a value-based culture that inspires our people to do their very best for themselves, for each other and for our customers, and this survey reflects some of those efforts.”

According to this year’s survey, which utilized 22 questions covering seven factors to gauge workplace satisfaction, appreciation and trust ranked near the top in what makes employees the most satisfied in their career. The online survey garnered responses from 11,969 people working for 83 Utah companies of various sizes.

“Our culture starts with our owners and our senior management team and reaches throughout the organization,” said Alicia Garn, Prestige’s human resources director. “Our employees really do love what Bryant’s trying to accomplish here, and those voices were heard through the survey.”
