WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — GWC Warranty has named Melissa Roberts as its new marketing manager, according to a company announcement.

In her role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive customer strategy focused on engaging and retaining GWC partners, as well as helping them sell more cars while increasing profitability.

Roberts brings nearly 10 years of experienced in research and analytics, according to the company. In her most previous role as product manager of InterMetro, she was responsible for developing and managing the company’s portfolio of extended warranties and service contracts.
