LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. — F&I product provider Mechanical Breakdown Protection Inc. (MBPI) is now plugged into the Provider Exchange Network as part of an integration pact the two companies announced this week.

According to the two companies, PEN will integrate the MBPI's F&I products with the dealer’s point-of-sale system through a menu or directly with the dealership management system's desking software, eliminating the need for separate applications to enable e-contracting for aftermarket products. MBPI dealers will also be able to take advantage of electronic ratings, forms preparation, and contract origination.

“MBPI’s new partnership with PEN will allow dealerships a new and effective way to offer our wide range of F&I products to the consumer," said Barry Kindler, MBPI national sales manager. "It will also eliminate the need for double entry, which makes life easier for F&I Managers."
