SEATTLE –  GM dealers with websites powered by automotive digital marketing leader Sincro can now use Sincro Inventory Manager as an approved tool for seamlessly feeding data from more than 200 vendors into GM’s Dealer Digital Command Center, known as D2C2. By selecting Sincro Inventory Manager (SIM) as a D2C2 dealer vehicle inventory manager, dealers maintain all the flexibility they have today, retain their existing specials setup and inventory feeds, and continue using the familiar Sincro inventory tools.

SIM saves dealers from the need to rearchitect their complex processes.

“Using SIM to feed VIN data into D2C2 is a game-changer,” said Steve Valutis, Vice President, Enterprise Sales at Sincro. “GM dealers with a Sincro website automatically have SIM included at no extra charge. With the flick of a virtual switch, we turn on SIM and it interfaces with all their existing workflows. SIM saves dealers from the need to rearchitect their complex processes. Because we have third-party integration in our pedigree, we’re the only vendor that can feed all this data seamlessly to D2C2.”

GM dealers using SIM also retain the ability to use Sincro’s powerful Specials Tool, which results in a significant productivity advantage and better experience. Dealers can create bulk specials in minutes and manage used vehicles independently from D2C2, while dealer groups and multi-brand stores can manage specials with a single login.

Sincro’s GM customers can now use SIM to quickly incorporate vehicle identification number information such as pricing, photos and descriptions from multiple vendors. Dealers can also hide and remove vehicles instantly and send and receive inventory updates from GM in near real time. SIM allows a dealer to continue using already installed tools regardless of how many exist or whether they are GM-approved. It is the only dealer vehicle inventory manager with this capability, which saves dealers significant time and budget.
