Zurich North America's F&I product rates and forms are now integrated into MaximTrak's ETrak platform, providing Zurich's dealer customers with access to the technology firm's MenuTrak and FLITE F&I sales systems.
MaximTrak aims to redefine the F&I transaction with its new FLITE ENGAGE digital retailing platform. Designed to provide an omnichannel experience, the platform can be used by dealership personnel in the showroom or by consumers on their mobile device.
Officials with both companies said the technology convergence resulting from the new alliance will eliminate the need for traditional system-to-system integration and creates the broadest access point in the industry for dealers to connect with finance sources, OEMs, and F&I product providers.
The new functionality allows product documents from the 110-plus F&I product providers connected to MaximTrak’s sales and F&I solution to be included in RouteOne’s econtracting package for a single, electronic consumer signing ceremony,
RouteOne moved the industry closer to the fully online transaction by executing the first remotely captured, electronic customer signature on an indirect finance contract. The executed contract was booked with Toyota Financial Services.
RouteOne officials said the availability of finance sources like Exeter has led to notable growth in the tech firm’s noncaptive econtracting share, which has more than doubled every year since 2014.
Chevrolet-Buick-GMC and Cadillac Protection is now onboarding and training GM’s U.S. dealers on MaximTrak’s Digital F&I Retailing Suite, which consists of interactive F&I menus, electronic contracting tools, dashboard reporting solutions, and a service drive menu.
RouteOne announced the addition of Integrated Lending Technologies (ILT) to its roster of econtracting certified loan origination systems (LOS). Finance sources utilizing either of ILT’s systems will now benefit from a streamlined econtracting implementation process, officials said.
The connection removes the complexity of adding econtracting for finance sources utilizing MeridianLink’s LoansPQ loan origination system, according to officials.
