Auto/Mate DMS Integrates With DealerMine’s CRM

Dealers who use both systems will benefit from the increased business intelligence that their DMS and CRM deliver via real-time data exchanges between the systems

ALBANY, N.Y. — Auto/Mate Dealership Systems announced its dealership management system (DMS) is fully integrated with DealerMine, a CRM and BDC solutions provider.

Auto dealers who use both systems will benefit from the increased business intelligence that their DMS and CRM deliver via real-time data exchanges between the systems, according to Auto/Mate’s president and CEO, Mike Esposito.

“We welcome DealerMine as an Open/Mate partner,” Esposito said. “DealerMine’s CRM solution provides way more than just contact management; it provides dealers with the actionable data they need to increase their competitiveness at every stage of the sales and service cycle.”

DealerMine’s CRM was designed to accelerate revenue in both the sales and service departments. In sales, DealerMine’s it handles prospecting, lead management, desking, campaigns and more. In the service department, it handles drive traffic and maximize shop capacity with a comprehensive CRM for service BDCs, automated campaigns, service scheduling, online scheduling and telephony solutions, according to Jane Webb, DealerMine’s director of sales and marketing.
