Bryan Anderson made his mark in the automotive world in 1988 when he established Autobase, Inc. He is currently the general product manager at Dominion Dealer Solutions, and his outstanding leadership has helped create successful lead management software for dealerships all over the country. His leadership goes far beyond just the software; he makes it his goal to help set up a total solution for CRM in dealerships. Mr. Anderson will be shedding light on “10 Things You Need to Know Before Choosing a CRM.” He will explain the tools you need in order to choose a CRM that is going to work best for your dealership, and will walk you through the types of questions you want to ask when picking out your CRM. This is definitely a topic that will be informative for all dealerships and will leave you feeling confident about deciding on a CRM. You do not want to miss out on this presentation!

The 2012 CRM Convention is the industry’s first and only show dedicated solely to customer relationship management and will take place September 10 & 11, 2012, at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as part of the Industry Summit which runs from September 10 through September 12, 2012. The convention—designed for dealer principals, general managers, BDC directors, CRM directors and service managers—will offer educational sessions and panel discussions covering the best CRM practices in the industry.
