DEARBORN, Mich. — ChannelNet announced this week it will begin building customer lifecycle management programs and dealer portals for Hyundai Motor Finance and Kia Motors Finance in Canada as part of its new contract with Hyundai Capital Inc.

According to its announcement, the digital financing solution provider will offer a self-service, one-stop-shop digital portal for Canadian Hyundai and Kia dealers. The portal will provide dealerships with critical content, data and transactions designed to improve retention and cut operational costs.

“Digital customer experience is the price of entry for selling and retaining customers in today’s auto market,” said Paula Tompkins, ChannelNet CEO and founder. “Our digital solutions are designed to connect customers, dealers and brands by intelligently combining data, content and transactions in a way that pays off in ROI from increased revenue as well as customer and operational efficiencies.”

Hyundai Capital Canada is the new Canadian financial services subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Group and Kia Motors Corporation. Hyundai Capital Canada Inc. operates as Hyundai Motor Finance and Kia Motors Finance.
