CLEARWATER, FL - CIQ Inc./Voisys, an 800 and Internet based lead generation system serving the automotive non-prime, prime and lease markets, announced the release of Voisys Mobile.  This instant communication medium allows auto dealers to put a text message into the hands of a customer or prospect within seconds with such information as sales specials, rebate incentives, service offers or purchase incentives. It enables auto dealers to get appropriate information to prospective car shoppers at the correct time to turn them into car buyers.

“Timing is everything, especially with special finance customers.  Perhaps they did not qualify to purchase when the lead was originally received by the dealership, but now they have their government rebate check and are ready to buy. Voisys Mobile is a faster and more efficient option to reach these in the market consumers.   The beautiful thing about text is that pretty much everyone keeps a cell phone with them at all times,” commented Michael Snider, National Sales Manager with CIQ.

Many leads do not result in an immediate sale at the time the lead is submitted, however the circumstances of these customers are constantly changing and they may still be in the market for a vehicle.  It is thus important to have a means to reach these consumers on an ongoing and timely basis.

While email is faster than direct mail, spam filters ensure that very few emails reach the consumer and get opened, in fact it is now as low as 10%. Text messages are put into the hands of a dealer’s customer base within seconds of being deployed.  On average 80% plus of text messages are read, enabling dealers  to  notify their customers at a moment’s notice with rebate incentives, service offers, or auto purchase incentives.  These incentives could be just what the customer needs to be able to afford to buy a vehicle.

Some OEM incentives are for a short period of a few days, which does not allow time to create a print ad or to send out a direct mail piece, whereas a text message can be created and sent out instantly.  Voisys Mobile is a full service solution and also provides dealers with a report of how many messages were opened, how many responded and how many opted out.  Voisys and the dealer can continue to mine the database and target select consumers that would be in the market for a specific deal.
