Finance and insurance trainers have had a difficult time keeping up with all new regulatory and compliance issues in the last few years. Training programs have been adjusted to address issues related to the proliferation of lawsuits over compliance issues. When F&I employees lose their fear of predatory attorneys, the dealer should be worried. Therefore, some trainers start instilling fear in F&I personnel before they even begin training them.
Dealer satisfaction in this category rebounded somewhat from last year’s lower ratings, pushed by the two companies that have stood at the top of the Finance and Insurance Trainer category since its inception. Scoring was so high for these two winners that they elevated the category average so much that no other company could claim an award. As a result, for the fourth consecutive year, United Development Systems, Inc. garnered the Diamond Award. They join a small, elite group of providers that have topped their categories in all four years of the awards. Dealers cited individualized attention as a deciding factor in ratings.
Knowing what it’s like to always be the bridesmaid but never the bride, the JM&A Group can still be proud to claim their Platinum Award for the 4th year in a row. Congratulations to both companies.
