The process to reach more customers online can prove to be both intimidating and cumbersome if the right technology partnership is not found. The providers in this category try very hard to keep life as simple as possible for the individual in the dealership charged with uploading vehicle listings to the various auction listing sites.
The Diamond Award winner, eBizAutos, never managed to net enough votes in previous years to be ranked, but this year recorded the highest score on record for this category at 111.3. When contacted regarding their placement, Sarah Mooneyhan, VP of marketing and one of the founders of eBizAutos, said, “Having clients take the time to vote for our technology and team of talented employees is the best feedback we could possibly get.”
Dealer Specialties (a Dominion Enterprises company), the only returning award winner in this category, captured the Platinum Award. The Gold Award winner was another surprise with another first-time winner, HomeNet.
