Internet Trainer

Compared to the other categories in the awards, the Internet Trainer category is always a high-scoring one, and this year was no different. However, the race between the top two this year was closer than ever with only 0.4 points separating them.

Dealer.com edged out the competition with a score of 110.9 to take home its first-ever Diamond Award in the Internet Trainer category. Last year, Dealer.com won the Platinum Award. Dealer.com’s Dean Evans, chief marketing officer, said, “We operate under the principle that for our strategies and services to be effective, we have to make training and educating our dealers a top priority. It is incredibly rewarding to be recognized for our program because we value our client relationships.”

Since the Internet trainer category was introduced to the awards in 2007, KainAutomotive.com is the only trainer to have won an award every year. This year, the company earned the Platinum Award, and from 2007 to 2010, the company received three Diamond Awards. “When we train, we build our client’s Success Blueprint with them instead of simply inserting our predesigned program. With them creating their own unique processes they ‘own’ them and ensure that they continue to evolve and improve results,” said David Kain, president of KainAutomotive.com.
