Manheim Names Doug Keim VP of Client Experience

The former Cox Automotive executive will be responsible for developing executive initiatives designed to improve dealer and commercial client satisfaction and profitability.

ATLANTA — Doug Keim was named senior vice president of client experience for Manheim, where he will develop executive initiatives designed to improve dealer and commercial client satisfaction and profitability.

“One of Manheim’s key strategies is to deliver the best customer experience by making it easier to do business with us,” said Janet Barnard, president of Manheim North America. “We’ve made great progress and I’m confident that Doug will accelerate our efforts, ensuring dealers feel connected, empowered and heard.”

Keim previously served as Cox Automotives’ vice president of strategic growth for the media group, where he was responsible for the management and growth of Trade-In Marketplace and Haystak Digital Marketing.
