ST. LOUIS — Vehicle-shipping firm MetroGistics announced the following promotions: Jeremy Cope to executive vice president of operations and strategy; Martha Garcia-Perry to vice president of growth initiatives and integration; Dustin Ruch to vice president of business development; and Melissa Trautman to vice president of market strategy and integration.

Cope, Ruch and Trautman will be based out of the company’s St. Louis headquarters, while Garcia-Perry will be based out of Metro Auto Express in Thornton, Colo.

“Our tremendous growth and industry leadership would not be possible without these four outstanding individuals,” said William Billiter, the company’s cofounder and managing partner. “We salute Jeremy, Martha, Dustin and Melissa, and congratulate them on their well-deserved promotions.”

Ruch, who joined the company when it opened in 2010, previously served as director of business development for MetroGistics. Cope, who joined the company in 2012, had 13 years of experience in the auto transport business, while Garcia-Perry has been with MetroGistics since 2013. Trautman joined the firm in 2012 as an insurance analyst, and moved up the ranks to process improvement manager and director of process improvement and planning.
