Mike Overy has gained 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and has held positions at every level of the automotive world’s totem pole. He has been a sales representative, manager, dealer, and performance coach. Currently, Mike is the managing partner at Proactive Dealer Solutions, and has implemented an impressive 3,500 business development centers throughout his career. He is passionate about helping dealers gain the most out of their daily operations, and his dedication to improving every day processes within a dealership has gained him a great amount of respect in the automotive industry. Mike will share his expertise by talking about how to utilize your CRM through a business development initiative. In his presentation, Mike will explain how to set up your business development strategy and performance standards required for success. He believes that CRM can lead to a “pot of gold” for all dealers, and by attending this presentation you will learn ways to ensure that you find that CRM gold for your dealership!

The 2012 CRM Convention is the industry’s first and only show dedicated solely to customer relationship management and will take place September 10 & 11, 2012, at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada as part of the Industry Summit which runs from September 10 through September 12, 2012.
