Performance Inc. Hires Industry Expert to Head BHPH Division
Performance Incorporated, a business unit of ADP Dealer Services has hired industry expert Mark Dubois to head up its entry into the Buy Here Pay Here “Performance 20 Group” market.
Hoffman Estates, IL – Performance Incorporated, a business unit of ADP Dealer Services has hired industry expert Mark Dubois to head up its entry into the Buy Here Pay Here “Performance 20 Group” market.
Performance Incorporated, based in Chantilly, Virginia has been recognized as one of North Americas leading “20 Group” providers since 1974. In addition to providing “Performance 20 Groups” to automobile dealers, Performance Inc. conducts “Performance 20 Group” programs for heavy duty truck dealers, RV dealers, heavy equipment and agricultural dealers, marine dealers, and motorcycle/powersports dealers.
Mark Dubois has more than 30 years of experience in the automobile industry. Prior to joining Performance Incorporated, Mr. Dubois was president of Dealer Performance and Consulting, LLC. In that capacity Mr. Dubois was the moderator for BHPH Performance Groups (20 Groups) and provided consulting and training services to BHPH dealers across the United States.
Mr. Dubois is a frequent speaker, BHPH workshop presenter and panelist at national and state independent dealer conventions. He is also a writer for several industry publications with articles on BHPH business analysis, operations, training, and industry trends.

Mr. Dubois was most recently President of Dealer Performance and Consulting and is the Moderator for Buy Here Pay Here Performance Groups. BHPH Performance Groups are similar to 20 Groups except they are designed specifically for BHPH dealers who want to increase profitability through detailed analysis of their operation in a non competitive, group environment. Mr. Dubois graduated from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan with a BA in Business, and an Associate Degree in Automotive Marketing. He earned his certification as a Sales Trainer from Xerox Corporation, Leesburg, Virginia. He also earned designation as a Certified Analyst from Walter V. Clark and Associates, Chicago, Illinois.
