Collaboration unleashes synchronized selling functionality across lead-management and CRM solutions

Sunnyvale, Calif – ResponseLogix, Inc., and Dominion Dealer Solutions today announced a technology partnership that will provide auto dealers using both the ResponseLogix and Dominion Dealer Solutions more than a dozen synchronized functions designed to simplify and streamline the dealer’s user experience.

The deep integration between ResponseLogix and Dominion Dealer Solutions’ CRM, formerly Autobase, has produced new integrated functionality. Key features include: comprehensive view of lead history (price quotes, ResponseLogix follow-up emails, test drive requests and lead reactivations) within the Dominion Dealer Solutions’ CRM, synchronized customer status updates, automatic pause of SmartFollow emails after a vehicle is sold, and automated updates to round robin lead assignment and additions to sales team.

“This partnership between Dominion Dealer Solutions and ResponseLogix reflects our shared commitment to creating a highly efficient Internet lead sales process for our common dealer customers,” said Tom Mohr, President and CEO of ResponseLogix. “The enhanced feature set improves the sales process between dealer sales reps and consumers, but just as important is the added ease-of-use functionality to manage across ResponseLogix and Dominion Dealer Solutions. Dealers need the technologies they depend on to work well together; this is a big step in that direction.”

Bryan Anderson, General Product Manager for Dominion Dealer Solutions, agrees with Mr. Mohr about the strategic alliance. “We want to serve our dealers with the best solutions possible.  This partnership enables us to deliver dealers a simpler, more streamlined experience, which in turn helps them gain a strong competitive advantage in the market.”

Interested auto dealers should contact ResponseLogix or Dominion Dealer Solutions to find-out more information.
