Only one winner from last year’s list made the top three this year, and the other two top slots were taken by DCA newcomers. Triple Diamond winner and now the five-time leader, CNA National achieved its highest score ever (133.7) to land the Diamond Award. “Everyone at CNA National is thrilled to win this prestigious award for the fifth straight year,” said Alan Miller, senior vice president of sales for CNA National. “We focus on improving our customer service every single day and are pleased to see that our dealer clients appreciate our efforts.”
AUL Administrators received their first-ever win with the Platinum Award, followed by Gold Award winner Protective, another company making its first appearance at the awards. JM&A Group returned to the list in fourth place after a one-year absence.
