TD Auto Finance Executive Installed as AFSA Chair

Andrew Stuart, president and CEO of TD Auto Finance U.S., was installed as the chair of auto finance trade organization during the group’s 98th annual meeting this week in Los Angeles.

WASHINGTON — Andrew Stuart, president and CEO of TD Auto Finance U.S., was installed as the American Financial Services Association (AFSA)’s 2014-2015 chair during the association’s 98th annual meeting this week in Los Angeles.

During his one-year term, Stuart will preside over the AFSA Board and Executive Committee meetings, serve as an ex-officio member of all AFSA committees, and represent AFSA at industry and association-sponsored conferences and meetings.

As chair of the AFSA Vehicle Finance Division from 2012-2014, he led the development of the division’s initiatives and the industry’s top conference. Stuart has been integral in the AFSA/NADA Executive Forums, which bring together top indirect auto finance executives with leaders of the nation’s franchised automobile dealers.

In his current role as president and CEO, Stuart leads all aspects of TD Auto Finance in the United States. Before joining TD, he was the president and CEO of VW Credit, Inc.

Over the past 20 years, Stuart has held various positions of increased responsibility in the automotive field, including management positions in Sales, Marketing, Product Planning and Financial Services.
