United Development Systems, Inc. (UDS) is pleased to announce the addition of Joe Jacobson to its team, who assumed the position of Director of Training.

“Joe has spent nearly 15 years training dealership staff to sell more and earn more, and we are pleased to have that depth of experience on our side in these challenging times,” says Randy Crisorio, UDS President.

Joe has a highly successful background authoring and implementing a variety of sales training initiatives with emphasis on Finance and Insurance.  In addition to serving up hundreds of seminars dedicated to the retail automotive environment, Joe has been a featured speaker at the annual F&I Conference, and NADA Forum contributor, and invited speaker at various Twenty-Groups.

Joe’s responsibilities with UDS will include authoring new and impactful training material, as well as delivering F&I, Sales, and Sales Management seminars nationwide.
