Web Site Design
The group average in this category took a giant leap – almost 19 points – over last year’s score. Like the Internet Trainer category, the scores in this category were probably greatly influenced by dealers putting more focus than ever into their online efforts. Many dealers are sticking to what they know – running a dealership – and leaving it to the experts to build a site that will best help them accomplish their online goals. Many of these providers have been in the game for a while now and know what it takes to construct sites that will get results.
Triple Diamond winner TK Carsites has dominated the category yet again, winning a fourth consecutive Diamond Award. “It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team,” said Richard Valenta, CEO of TK Carsites. “Our goal is to lead by example, setting customer service at the forefront of our entire organization. From the receptionist to the CEO, everyone at TK knows when a customer calls, everything else can wait.”
Keeping a tenacious grip on the Platinum Award was eBizAutos. This achievement earns the company a Double Platinum title. Likewise, Dealer.com maintained its hold on the Gold Award for a Double Gold title. In all, the provider has won three Gold Awards since the DCAs began.
Company | Award | Score |
TK Carsites | Diamond | 137.9 |
eBizAutos | Platinum | 122.2 |
Dealer.com | Gold | 115.4 |
