Similar to past years, several different website providers received votes from dealers; however, only two companies garnered high enough marks to take home awards. Both winners are familiar faces to many.
For a second consecutive year, Dealer.com claims Diamond Award status, also making the company a Double Diamond winner. The company scored a 112.6 to nab the top spot this year, which marks the company’s sixth Dealers’ Choice Award for website design. “A key part of our success is our team’s ability to work one-on-one with dealers, provide innovative solutions and respond efficiently to this dynamic marketplace,” said Dean Evans, chief marketing officer, Dealer.com.
The 2011 Platinum Award winner and only other company to score above average in this category, eBizAutos, has won the Platinum Award for website design four years running, an achievement that’s earned the company Triple Platinum status. “Over the past year, we have implemented several design improvements to make our dealer websites more visually appealing, but our main focus this year, as in years past, has been to ensure that any design changes provide measurable improvement to SEO, lead conversion and engagement,” said Dan Karyczak, eBizAutos business development manager.
