Hudson Cook Ranked Among Best Law Firms
U.S. News & World Report has ranked Hudson Cook nationally and in three regions in the 2019 edition of its ‘Best Lawyers’ list.
HANOVER, Md. — Hudson Cook LLP earned a national ranking in financial services regulation law, along with regional rankings in four practice areas for Baltimore, Oklahoma City, and Portland, Maine in the ninth edition of U.S. News & World Report’s list of America’s best lawyers.
According to a joint press release, law firms included in the 2019 edition are recognized for professional excellence with consistently impressive ratings from clients and peers. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have at least one lawyer recognized in the Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top five percent of practicing attorneys in the U.S. In 2019, nine Hudson Cook attorneys were recognized for this prestigious award.
Over 16,000 lawyers provided more than 1,125,000 law firm assessments, and almost 12,000 clients provided more than 107,000 evaluations. Firms that received a tier designation reflect the high level of respect a firm can earn among other leading lawyers and clients in the same communities and practice areas, all according to the announcement.
