AUL Makes VAS Exclusive Roadside Provider
Vehicle Administrative Services is now the exclusive roadside assistance provider for service contract administrator AUL Corp.
NAPA, Calif. — Service contract administrator AUL Corp. has selected Vehicle Administrative Services as their exclusive roadside assistance provider, the company announced. The new partnership aims to bring improved driver safety and roadside assistance solutions to AUL’s fast-growing customer base.
“We are very excited about our new partnership,” said Jimmy Atkinson, president and CEO at AUL. “After an exhaustive review, VAS’s pristine reputation and long history of quality and success in the market made the choice fairly straightforward. The firm’s expertise and commitment to excellence complements AUL’s exemplary customer and claims service.”
The addition of VAS’s premium roadside assistance and administrative solutions to AUL’s service contracts and 24/7 claims processes will deliver “unmatched” benefits and service to both customers and clients by prioritizing technology, transparency, and a high-volume dispatch, executives said.
“We are especially excited about our partnership with Mr. Atkinson and his talented team, as it brings together two great organizations,” said Bill Breindel, president and CEO at VAS. “VAS’s experience and processes will provide continuity, value, and benefits to AUL, while also driving a higher standard of service, innovation, claims transparency, and reporting.”
