WEST CHESTER, Penn. – Rich Weitzman, a Senior Vice President with Colliers, recently arranged the sale of the Mercedes-Benz of West Chester property in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
The modern auto dealership facility of 120,000 square feet sits on 10 acres along Route 202 in West Chester. The purchaser was Piazza Auto Group. The Seller was Capital Automotive of McLean, Virginia, a private real estate investment trust.
