Portfolio Repeats as Diamond, Platinum Winner in 2022 DCAs
Dealers ranked Portfolio as the nation’s No. 1 reinsurance provider for the second consecutive year and ninth time overall in the 18th annual Dealers’ Choice Awards.

Dealers ranked Portfolio as the nation’s No. 1 reinsurance provider for the second consecutive year and ninth time overall in the 18th annual Dealers’ Choice Awards.
LAKE FOREST, Calif.— Portfolio won the first-place Diamond award and second-place Platinum award in the Service Contract Reinsurance and Appearance Protection Products (Chemical) categories, respectively, in the 2022 Dealers’ Choice Awards.
Portfolio’s winning streak in the reinsurance category now extends to 15 years, having earned Diamond (nine) or Platinum (six) every year since it was introduced in 2008. The company also won Platinum for appearance protection when that category was introduced a year ago.
“Recognition in the Dealers’ Choice Awards is a unique and humbling honor,” said Portfolio’s president and CEO, Brent Griggs. “It means our dealers took the time and initiative to vote for Portfolio and give us high marks for the programs and support we provide. We truly appreciate them and we are grateful for their efforts.”
DCA rankings are based on the results of an audited online survey sent to readers of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom and limited to dealers and dealership personnel. Voters are asked to name their provider in at least five of 40 categories and score them on quality of product or service, value for money spent, customer service and whether they would recommend them to another dealer.
“Our history of success in the Dealers’ Choice Awards only drives us to work harder, each and every day, to provide best-in-class service to the industry we love,” said David Neuenschwander, Portfolio’s chief sales officer. “That can only be accomplished with the hard work and dedication of the entire Portfolio family — agents, associates and partners. On their behalf, to all our dealers, we thank you.”
