Lithia Motors, a top U.S. auto dealership group, added Wisconsin to its territory with the purchase of five dealerships from Wilde Automotive Group of Wisconsin.

The deal adds a Honda dealership in state capital Madison; a Toyota store in West Allis; and Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram, Subaru and Honda dealerships in Waukesha. Lithia said the purchases should bring $625 million in annual revenue.

Meanwhile, Lithia is also selling dealerships, saying it plans to divest stores this year representing the same amount of annual revenue as the Wilde Automotive acquisitions will bring.

In the Midwest, Lithia also has a presence in Iowa and Michigan.
