NAE/NWAN Earns ‘Smart Culture’ Honors

Smart Business magazines has named National Automotive Experts (NAE)/NWAN among its Smart Culture award honorees for 2018.

CLEVELAND — National Automotive Experts (NAE/NWAN) announced the company has been recognized by Smart Business magazine as a Smart Culture award honoree for 2018.

“The Smart Culture Conference was designed to promote strong cultures in our business community by highlighting best practices and experiences with the hope that all companies in attendance can learn something to take back to their organizations,” said Aaron Grossman, CEO of Alliance Solutions Group. 

“We are committed, not only to running a successful business, but also to changing people’s lives in the process,” said David Neuenschwander, president of NAE/NWAN. “We cannot have the mission-centric culture, or our success, without a strong commitment from our team. I make it a point to challenge our team to think differently and not to accept the status quo. I believe the commitment to our mission that our associates demonstrate on a daily basis attributes to us being where we are as a company today.”

NAE/NWAN was one of 20 Northeast Ohio businesses honored on April 5, 2018, at the second annual Smart Culture gala, hosted by Smart Business. The event was presented by Alliance Solutions Group, along with several other companies throughout Northeast Ohio. Award honorees gathered to celebrate the importance of culture in the workplace.

“We actively focus to make our culture a top priority,” said Kelly Price, CEO of NAE/NWAN. “Each of our new associates attends our daylong, in-house ‘Culture Training’ program. We also dedicate time each month in our companywide meetings to further grow and develop our culture. It is humbling to be recognized for our efforts and I am so proud of my team.”
