MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Peak Performance Team (PPT) is proud to announce the acquisition of the assets of Frederick M. Small Insurance Services of Whitman Massachusetts, which includes redflagdealer.com, the agency's proprietary web-based, turnkey compliance program for auto, RV, and powersport dealers.
In addition to his duties as executive vice president of lending and banking services with PPT, Small will continue to service his local dealers. In explaining what precipitated the sale, Small recollected a conversation with PPT Executive Vice President Danny Delich, 20 years ago, in which Small asked Delich to step in and service his dealers and make sure his wife is taken care of in the event that anything ever happened to him. Twenty years later, when Small needed assistance in providing services beyond his scope, he turned to his longtime friends at PPT; Delich, PPT President Mike Burgholzer, and Regional Vice President Joe Suttera. From there, a natural progression to the acquisition occurred.
"I'm honored, excited and rejuvenated to be associated with Mike, Danny, Joe and the rest of the PPT team,"Small said, "I know great things are on the horizon."
Small's enthusiasm is contagious.
"Danny, myself and the rest of the PPT family are equally excited" added Burgholzer, "not only does this acquisition provide PPT with a great entry point into the New England marketplace but also allows us to pursue unique newopportunities in lending and banking services amongst other 2022 initiatives."
But the acquisition isn't just about what Frederick M. Small Insurance Services brings to the table for PPT, it's alsoabout acquiring Small, himself!
"Adding Fred helps to round out our exceptional management team and further accelerates our growth," addedDelich, "and that means better service for our dealers."
