Woody Sander Ford in Cincinnati, Ohio, recently sold to the Mark Williams Auto Group.

Matt Sander, Ed Crawford and Mike Kaiser's retirements led to the sale of the third-generation dealership, which closed on Nov. 17, 2003, according to a press release by the Tim Lamb Group, which facilitated the deal.

Williams used Cincinnati’s “Queen City” nickname to rename the dealership Queen City Ford. The dealership will continue to operate out of a 40,000-square-foot facility on West Mitchell Avenue.

The store has been in business for 61 years.

Mark Williams Auto Group owns three other dealerships, all within a 50-mile radius of Cincinnati: Beechmont Ford in Cincinnati and Mt. Orab Ford and Mt. Orab Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Mt. Orab.

“We are excited about the opportunity to grow our customer base on the west side of Cincinnati and look forward to welcoming all the Woody Sander customers to Queen City Ford,” Williams said in the release.

Chris Infantino, director of the Tim Lamb Group, led the transaction.
