Toyota i-Road

This futuristic electric three-wheeler was designed to seat two passengers and corner like a sport bike. Described as a “an ultra-compact mobility package” by Toyota, the i-Road features an enclosed cabin and “Active Lean” technology that independently raises and lowers each front tire to handle sharp turns and bumpy terrain.

Mercedes-Benz Zetros

Initially marketed as a military vehicle, this Mercedes-Benz Zetros was customized by the OEM for an adventurous pair of Mongolian drivers. The 6x6 off-road truck is powered by a 7.2-liter, six-cylinder diesel that produces 326 horsepower and more than 900 pound-feet of torque. This upfit features a luxurious interior and storage for an all-terrain vehicle, allowing passengers to ride out or escape the zombie apocalypse in style.

Elio motorcycle concept

This three-wheel, two-person motorcycle is the first entry from Phoenix-based Elio Motors. The manufacturer plans to begin production in 2015 and sell the bike for less than $7,000. The factory version is expected to boast a high crash safety rating and earn up to 86 miles per gallon.
