Dubuque Data Services Provides Internal Messaging System For DMS

DUBUQUE, IA, – Dubuque Data Services (DDS), a dealer management software provider, has introduced Phase I of the Internal Messaging System as the newest addition to their DMS.  The Internal Messaging System works in conjunction with Scheduler and Advantage™.  The primary focus is for the service department to pass information and instant messages between service advisors and technicians using the DDS software.  
“This messaging system will continue to grow into the entire Dubuque Data software.  It is a great addition and communication tool that is being fully utilized by the service department,” states Wendy Pauly, Research and Development Supervisor.  “When part orders are completed a message is instantly sent to alert everyone.”
