Dealer Specialties Names Al Hess General Manager of Sales and Operations
Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Enterprises and the nation’s leading provider of data and photo collection, inventory management and data distribution services, today announced that Al Hess has joined the company as the new general manager of sales and operations.

Hess will directly manage the company-owned sales and service operations, and oversee franchise development.
“Al has over two decades of auto industry sales and marketing experience and is an extremely knowledgeable executive and manager. We look forward to him playing a strategic leadership role in Dealer Specialties’ continued growth and expansion,” said George Nenni, vice president and general manager of Dominion Dealer Solutions.
Hess is the former vice-president of circulation for Auto Trader Publishing and vice-president group manager for Trader Publications. He joined Auto Trader Publishing in 1986 as the company’s circulation manager for the Philadelphia market. Hess was later promoted to general manager for the Philadelphia area,
a position he held for 10 years. He then moved on to district, regional and group level management responsibilities within Trader Publications.

Hess graduated Rutgers University in 1981 with a degree in Business Administration.
