Dealer-FX Enhances One Solution 3.0 Platform
Dealer-FX's newly updated dynamic route sheet uses predictive analytics to help dealerships improve customer retention, streamline operations and drive repurchase loyalty.
LAS VEGAS and TORONTO — Dealer-FX, a provider of integrated service and retention tools for dealers and OEMS, has announced a newly updated dynamic route sheet — the newest addition to One Solution 3.0, its service drive platform.
The updated route sheet uses predictive analytics to allow dealerships to incorporate operational efficiencies, improve customer retention and drive repurchase loyalty. According to the company, the new solution measures sales and penetration metrics, customer satisfaction metrics as well as the time taken from check-in to customer payment and departure, and overall dealership performance.
“We are excited to add this new dynamic route sheet to our product suite,” said Dealer F-X president and CEO Gary Kalk. “Customer confidence in traditional service departments has been eroding over time, driven by the impression that advisors are hiding information behind “black box” terminals. Now OEMs are determined to reverse these perceptions and create an improved customer experience.”
Dealer-FX’s new dynamic route sheet will be available at the company’s booth at the upcoming 2016 National Auto Dealers Association Convention and Expo in Las Vegas.
