TORRANCE, Calif. — Thousands of dealers and dealership professionals completed the 2018 Dealers’ Choice Awards survey in the first two weeks of voting, the publishers of Auto Dealer Today announced Monday. The survey will remain open until May 31, and any voter is free to recognize any company with which they work.

“It’s an exciting time to be in the business, and the level of competition only increases as dealers continue to prosper and our industry continues to attract new players,” said David Gesualdo, publisher of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom. “But the Dealers’ Choice Awards holds every dealer partner to the same standard, and the results prove that, whether new or established, recognition depends on performance.”

The Dealers’ Choice Awards survey includes 34 categories. Each voter must manually enter their industry partners’ company names for each category, and each voter must complete five categories for their votes to register. Voters are also asked to score the companies they recognize on the quality of the product or service they deliver, customer service, value for money spent, and whether they would recommend the company to another dealer.

Dealers are encouraged to share the survey with colleagues, but each voter may only vote once, and completed survey are spot-checked for veracity. Winners will be announced in late June and will be recognized in a special ceremony at Industry Summit 2018 in Orlando in October.

“Thanks to everyone who has taken a few minutes to vote. It means a lot to us, and it means even more to your industry partners,” Gesualdo said.
