Texas Dealership Has New Owner
Transaction of Nissan store follows auto group’s recent purchase of a different Nissan franchise.

The recently traded Nissan store is in Victoria in southeastern Texas.

A Texas Nissan auto dealership changed hands as a first-time retailer took the reins from an established auto group.
Bravo Nissan of Victoria in southeastern Texas near the Gulf of Mexico was sold by principals of Bravo Autos to new franchisee Benji Urra in a deal brokered by Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions.
Urra renamed the dealership Nissan of Victoria.
Pinnacle worked with Bravo CEO Raymond Palacios and ?? Alex Flores to sell the store after helping it acquire a different Nissan last year in Baytown, Texas, near Houston.
Bravo still operates five dealerships in Texas and New Mexico.
