KPA Elevates Leaders to Accelerate Growth

Focused leadership is intended to enhance the company's ability to help automotive dealers, repair shops, and auto-adjacent businesses speed innovation and navigate growing regulatory complexity.

KPA elevated three longtime leaders into expanded roles as part of its continued focus on the automotive sector. Wayne Curtis was named CEO, Adam Crowell chief legal and strategy officer; and Amanda Rawls vice president of client success.

The company said the leadership changes align operational management, regulatory expertise, and client services to support growth in the automotive compliance and risk-management space.

KPA provides compliance and risk-management software and services to automotive dealers and related businesses.

New CEO

Curtis, a 22-year veteran of KPA, steps into the CEO role after most recently serving as executive vice president of client success. He previously led the company’s nationwide field services organization of more than 200 professionals serving automotive dealerships, repair facilities and related businesses.

Curtis brings more than 20 years of experience in environmental health and safety, human resources, cybersecurity, and sales finance and insurance compliance. During his tenure, he helped develop KPA’s integrated software, consulting and training programs designed to support dealership compliance across multiple regulatory areas.

KPA said it currently delivers more than a million training sessions and conducts approximately 30,000 site visits annually.

“We serve over 15,000 client locations,” Curtis said. “Our focus is helping clients build consistent compliance programs aligned with federal, state, and local regulations.”

Legal and Strategy

Crowell is a licensed attorney with more than 25 years of experience in legal and compliance leadership, He focuses on translating regulatory requirements into practical guidance for dealers and automotive businesses.

Crowell joined KPA through its acquisition of ComplyNet, a compliance platform focused on dealership data privacy and cybersecurity. In his new role, he will oversee strategy related to evolving state privacy laws, advertising compliance, F&I practices and operational data management.

Client Success

Rawls, a 17-year KPA veteran, brings more than 20 years of experience in environmental and safety consulting and regulatory compliance.

She works with dealer groups and automotive businesses to implement compliance strategies that support operational consistency and risk mitigation. She is also active in industry initiatives, including co-founding KPA’s Women’s Empowerment Alliance and serving as chairwoman of dealer education for the Texas RV Association.

Broader Leadership Team

Other members of KPA’s leadership team include Chief Financial Officer Mark Oldemeyer, Vice President of Sales Josh Koronich, Director of Marketing Caitlin Carlson, Chief Technology Officer Scott Schell and Vice President of Human Resources Deidra Mogan.
