Fort Lauderdale, FLAutoUSA, America’s best source of online customers, announced today that its strategic partnership with Carperks, Inc. provides its dealer network with access to more than 22 million employees nationwide. Automotive dealers who use AutoUSA as a lead source provider may agree to become certified Carperks dealers, requiring them to give preferred pricing to employees of thousands of companies nationwide. In return AutoUSA dealers receive exclusive leads submitted by those employees.

The Carperks affinity program has grown steadily in popularity among employers and employees. Carperks is currently offered as a “free perk” by Coca-Cola, Wachovia, Verizon Wireless, American Airlines, Office Depot, JCPenney, General Electric (GE) and several thousand other companies. Employees of these companies access the Carperks portal (www.carperks.net) through their company intranets or the internet, and all leads submitted go to AutoUSA dealers.

“Our customers have been happy to agree to the terms of the Carperks program because of the exclusivity and high quality of leads,” said Phil DuPree, President of AutoUSA.

“Carperks leads have been proven to close at two and a half times the average rate of leads submitted at general automotive web sites,” said Don Wolfson, President of Carperks. “The people submitting leads are employed, financeable and enjoy taking advantage of one of their company benefits.”

Employees that use the Carperks program cite the most important reasons for doing so include the special treatment they receive from the dealers, as well as a no-hassle, stress free buying process. AutoUSA dealers also guarantee Carperks buyers a price at least $100 below the dealer’s lowest Internet price.

“The AutoUSA and Carperks partnership has been one of mutual success,” said Wolfson. “I truly believe we are just scratching the surface to what this will become in the future.”
