After three years of only presenting one or two awards each year in this category, you would think there aren’t many sales trainers in the industry. That wouldn’t be quite true. Instead, we see a few companies that have such overwhelming depth and satisfaction in the dealer masses that it becomes very difficult for others to overcome. Another factor that influences this category is the number of dealers relying only on factory training, dealers who are obviously dissatisfied, judging from the poor ratings that have been given every year. When you combine those factors, we are left with the same two companies at the top again this year.
Continually moving up the rankings each year, The Cardone Group finally claimed the Diamond Award in 2008 with a score of 117.50.
"It feels great to be associated with such a dynamic team of professionals who have been recognized by the dealers we serve,” said Marc Smith, senior vice president of sales and marketing for The Cardone Group.
The only other sales training company to rate above group average was the Joe Verde Group, who took the Platinum Award. Of special note is the fact that the Joe Verde Group has placed in the top two spots every year since the DCA’s inception.
