MAPLE SHADE, N.J. — Holman Automotive Group, which operates dealership in Southern New Jersey, the Philadelphia metro region and south Florida, has expanded its footprint into central New Jersery with its recent acquisition of Princeton BMW and Princeton Mini.
“The Holman organization has had a long, successful relationship with BMW and Mini and we have been proud to represent both brands for many years at locations in New Jersey and Florida,” said Melinda Holman, chairman of Holman Automotive. “We are very excited to be adding these two exceptional retail locations to the Holman family of dealerships.”
The current general manager of Princeton BMW and Mini, Greg Zulli, will remain in his role under Holman. He has been the general manager for the last two and a half years and has held a variety of retail and regional positions within the company.
Aside from its franchised dealerships, the Holman group also runs a retail finance company, a parts distributorship, truck up-fitting operations and a fleet-leasing and management business.
