JMsolutions Adds Auction Search Tool to its AAX™ Used Vehicle Inventory Management System
JMsolutions has announced the addition of a powerful new functionality within its industry leading AAX™ used vehicle Inventory Management System.
JMsolutions has announced the addition of a powerful new functionality within its industry leading AAX™ used vehicle Inventory Management System. AAX Run Lists allows dealers to source inventory from the nation’s leading auctions, providing dealers with a tool that creates efficiencies at auction and helps improve dealer profits.
Data from more than 150 auctions throughout the United States is collected in one easy-to-use program. AAX Run Lists enables dealers to identify which auctions have the specific vehicles that have been recommended by the AAX Buy List. Buy Lists are generated based on that store’s Ideal Inventory Model™ and the past history or performance of that vehicle in the dealership. Dealers can also tag specific vehicles of interest and ultimately create a printed list to take with them to auction.
“The new Run Lists feature adds tremendous value to JMsolutions’ AAX Inventory Management System,” said Scot Eisenfelder, group vice president, JMsolutions. “It will give buyers immediate access to auction data, which when combined with knowing their recommended inventory needs from AAX, will result in a much more productive and efficient auction trip, and ultimately better financial performance.”
Dealers may search by auction, sale date, seller type, or standard vehicle criteria such as year, make, model and mileage. AAX Run Lists are customizable with “My Favorite Auctions” – a feature that enables dealers to pre-select auctions from which they would like their AAX Run Lists generated. This allows dealers to quickly review inventory from auctions that they regularly attend.
“We are exploring many new ways to help dealers manage their wholesale inventories,” says Grace Appleton, JMsolutions director and general manager of wholesale solutions. “We are very proud to be able to offer dealers what they’ve been asking for – access to multiple auction companies in one aggregated search tool.”
