DALLAS — Organizers of the annual Industry Summit announced that John Vecchioni of American Financial & Automotive Services will serve as master of ceremonies at the 2017 event, which will be held Sept. 11–14 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Dallas.

“I always look forward to the new ideas I get when I am at Industry Summit,” Vecchioni said. “I am reminded that the millionaires of tomorrow are just getting started today. I’m proud to play a role in it all.”

Also known as “The F&I Professor,” Vecchioni is a trainer with American Financial’s F&I University, a division of the Automotive Training Academy. He is a 25-year industry veteran with expertise in sales, F&I and compliance. Known for his engaging, conversational style, Vecchioni has served in numerous roles at Industry Summit, delivering featured presentations, joining panels, and emceeing past events.

“The industry knows John as ‘The F&I Professor.’ I prefer to think of him as ‘Mr. Reliable,’” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of F&I and Showroom and Auto Dealer Today. “Whatever the topic, whatever the role, he delivers. Master of ceremonies is no small job, but he has our full faith and confidence.”

This year’s Industry Summit includes F&I Think Tank, the Special Finance Conference, The Best Training Day Ever, Compliance Summit and Automotive Compliance Specialist certification by Automotive Compliance Education (ACE). Attendees holding a full show pass are welcome to attend any session on the agenda, including ACE certification, for no additional charge.

Registration for Industry Summit 2017 is open at the event’s website. Attendees who register by Aug. 11 will enjoy a $100 discount. To discuss sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo at (727) 947-4027 or via email.
