KAR Auction Services Hires Vice President of Total Rewards and Human Resources

KAR Auction Services has hired Toby Hahn as vice president of total rewards and promoted Brad Jokovich to vice president of human resources.

CARMEL, Ind. — KAR Auction Services, a provider of used-vehicle auction services, has hired Toby Hahn as vice president of total rewards and promoted Brad Jokovich to vice president of human resources.

As vice president of total rewards, Hahn will lead all activities pertaining to the company’s compensation, benefits and human resource management systems. Along with those duties, he will manage a team responsible for planning, designing, developing and executing strategic compensation and benefits programs across KAR’s multiple business units and locations, according to KAR Auction.

As vice president of human resources, Jokovich will lead the human resources team throughout North America and the United Kingdom to achieve a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive business partner. He will also be responsible for talent management, succession planning, training and development, and organizational and operational effectiveness as related to human resources, according to the announcement.

“Our talented employees play a key role in the success of the company,” said Jim Hallett, chairman and CEO of KAR Auction Services. “We are dedicated to ensuring that we continue to hire and retain the right individuals in the right positions. Toby and Brad will contribute greatly to the growth and accomplishments of the organization.”

Prior to joining KAR Auction Services, Hahn served as vice president of global compensation benefits and human resources systems at Remy International Inc. Before his promotion, Jokovich served as director of human resources for Automotive Finance Corporation, a business unit of KAR.
