LHM Dealerships Acquires Three Stores in Denver Area

DENVER — Larry H. Miller Dealerships (LHM Dealerships) announced today the acquisition of three stores in Colorado with the purchase of Cherry Creek Dodge, Colorado Chrysler Jeep in Aurora and Fiat of Denver.

According to officials, LHM Dealerships will retain employees of the newly acquired stores, bringing the group’s total employee count in Colorado to more than 1,000. The dealership group employs more than 5,000 individuals in seven states.

“We’ve been strategic in our approach to growth and in finding opportunities that are a win-win for the seller, employees and our company. Denver is a strong market for us and these brands are a great fit with our business model,” said Dean Fitzpatrick, president of LHM Dealerships. “With the acquisition of these dealerships, we are able to employ more Denver residents and deepen our connection and commitment to the community.”

The stores were purchased from Doug Moreland, who sold seven Arizona stores to LHM Dealerships in 2013. “I’m appreciative of the way the LHM Dealerships group conducts business and takes care of its employees,” said Moreland. “Their focus on customer service, community and giving back assures me that these stores and our customers will be in good hands.”

LHM Dealerships now operates 58 dealerships representing 20 different automotive brands in seven western states.
