Manheim Receives 16 Performance Awards at NAAA

Sixteen Manheim locations received top honors from Chase Auto Finance and Enterprise Holdings at the 67th annual National Auto Auction Association convention.

ATLANTA — Manheim locations across the country were honored by customers for outstanding performance at the 67th annual National Auto Auction Association convention, held last week in Orlando, Fla. Twelve different locations earned a total 16 awards for various aspect of vehicle remarketing, including customer service, sales volume and operational excellence.

Chase Auto Finance honored five Manheim locations as part of its 17th Annual Chase Cup for Auction Excellence Awards, which are based on a performance review of 31 of the nation’s top auto actions in areas such as retention, operational efficiency, expense control, accuracy, sales and service delivery.

Manheim Minneapolis earned the Best National Auction Performance award and was recognized for the best regional performance in the Midwest. Manheim Seattle also received national and regional honors, including Best Regional Performance for the West region and Best National Mazda Sales.

Additionally, Manheim Pennsylvania received an award for Best National Jaguar Sales, while Manheim Riverside received the Best National Land Rover Sales. Manheim Pittsburgh also received Best Regional Performance for the Northeastern region.

“These awards are a testament to our locations’ commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and sales results,” said Janet Barnard, president of Manheim North America. “We are honored to receive these awards and we are so very proud of the teams who earned them.”

Enterprise Holdings also handed out awards at NAAA convention, presenting its 2015 Auction Achievement awards in two categories, whole-car auctions and damaged-vehicle auctions. Award recipients were recognized for exceptional performance in communication, customer service, marketing and reconditioning, operational excellence and strategic planning.

In the damaged-vehicle category, Manheim Central California TRA and Manheim TRA Tampa were recognized. Manheim winners in the whole-car category included:

  • Manheim Georgia

  • Manheim Nevada

  • Manheim Omaha

  • Manheim Pennsylvania

  • Manheim Riverside

  • Manheim Southern California

  • Manheim Texas Hobby
