WAYNE, Pa. — MaximTrak Technologies, F&I platform provider and technology partner for top names in the industry, was once again named a Dealers’ Choice Platinum Award winner by the readers of Auto Dealer Today, F&I and Showroom’s sister publication.

To vote, dealers and dealership personnel needed to write in providers’ names and then score them on the product or service, customer support and service, value, and whether the user would recommend the company to another dealer.

“This is great that our company is being recognized as a best-in-class technology provider in our space. It means a lot to us that dealership employees and dealer principals took the time to choose MaximTrak because of how we impact their business,” said Jim Maxim Jr., president of MaximTrak Technologies.

“It also affirms to our global partners in the U.S., Canada, China, Australia, South America and Europe that MaximTrak creates world-class F&I experiences that not only handles the challenges of modern F&I but increases profitability and CSI scores,” he added.

MaximTrak Technologies offers fully integrated F&I suite that includes interactive menus, a decisioning engine, touch technology, e-rating, sales aids, videos, smart survey, executive reporting, electronic contracting, and more.  The company’s premier platform is FLITE, a multi-channel customer engagement solution. Several OEMs, major DMS vendors, agents, and administrators have integrated FLITE into their dealer product sets, according to the company.

“The MaximTrak system, with FLITE, transforms the tone of conversation from the customer feeling they are ‘being sold’ to a pursuit of the best solutions and a positive ownership experience. This is a significant step in serving modern consumers who demand informed, individualized, and intelligent decisions," Maxim said.

For dealer-owned reinsurance entities, avoiding volatility entirely can mean falling behind inflation and missing market rebounds that drive long term surplus growth.
