Reynolds and Reynolds has partnered with RockEd, a people-development platform for the automotive industry. RockED aims to bridge the gap between knowledge and execution with short training videos designed to improve employee understanding and capabilities.

“Reynolds continues to invest heavily in the success of our customers. ... making sure our customers get the most out of their products is central to helping them be as successful as possible,” said Reynolds President and acting CEO Chris Walsh. “And we are expanding our investment by partnering with RockED to deliver additional, ongoing training.”

The training on RockED’s mobile application is intended to help dealership teams get the most out of products like AutoVision and FOCUS. The training emphasizes best practices and key workflows to support stronger adoption and utilization.

“Dealerships often have great tools, but not everyone in the store has fully mastered them,” said RockED co-founder and CEO Matthias Stoever. “The dealerships we have worked with have found that short micro-training videos have had a big positive impact on product adoption, and that’s led to big ROI increases.”

Walsh added, “RockED has proven it’s a true leader at helping dealerships increase utilization, and they fit perfectly with our philosophy of putting the dealership’s success front and center. We couldn’t be prouder and more excited to be partnering with them to provide additional training that will help our customers win more.”

Training modules will be available this October. For more information about RockED’s platform and how to access training, visit rocked.us.

“We believe that utilization drives the most lucrative outcomes,” Walsh said. “That is why we continue to invest in our customers’ success through partnerships like this one. Staff that is continuously trained to get the most out of their tools will make the dealership more profitable.”
