Service Contract Provider

Dealers who voted in this category were happier than most, with a group average just shy of 113. CNA National, a Triple Diamond Award winner, took home the Diamond Award for the sixth consecutive year, posting the highest score ever in this category—a 141.5. Also, CNA National was the only returning company in the top three in this category. “It’s an incredible honor to have earned the top spot among service contract providers for the sixth year in row,” said Joe Becker, president and CEO for CNA National … We’ve always put great emphasis on maintaining high service levels for our dealers and their customers, so it’s extremely gratifying to see the votes coming in from dealerships across the country that reflect our efforts.”

Making their second appearance in the Dealers’ Choice Awards is EasyCare, this year’s Platinum Award winner. The company scored its first award in this category in 2008 with a score of 109.2 and snagged 115.8 points this year.

A newcomer to the Service Contract Provider category is Zurich, the Gold Award winner. With a score of 115, less than a point separated Zurich from the Platinum Award winner. “It has been our goal to be the top service contract provider. It really comes down to always thinking about the customer in everything we do,” said Bob Tschippert, head of Global Automotive Industry for Americas, Zurich Financial Services.
