Texas Rooftop Gets New Owner, Name
Family-owned Lumos Auto Group acquired Acura of the Rio Grande Valley from Bill Bird and will operate the dealership as Lumos Acura.
Acura of the Rio Grande Valley first opened in 2015.
Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions
Lumos Auto Group acquired Acura of the Rio Grande Valley in San Juan, Texas, and renamed the rooftop to reflect its brand.
Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented the seller, Bill Bird, marking Bird’s fourth transaction with the brokerage firm.
